The Education Fair (Bildungsfestival) is a yearly 4-day networking event empowering 100-130 young students from disadvantaged schools who show commitment for voluntary work and become engaged in project groups. 

Participants of the Education fair take responsibility for either a part of the program or an organisational issue. The event consists of workshops, stage performances, a chaos quest with many hidden challenges, and socialising activities. 

Aims

• Counteracting injustice of the education system related to the students' and schools' socio-economic background
• Enhancing the self-efficacy of disadvantaged students, improving their educational prospects and enabling them to speak up for themselves
